The King One Bedroom Suites with Sea View and Incanto Suite are spacious and beautifully designed, with spectacular views over the sea and surrounding landscape with the beach just a stone’s throw away. CONRAD CHIA LAGUNA

Located in the main hotel building are 107 spacious guest rooms and suites, decorated in a contemporary style with high quality ceramics, artwork and soft furnishings. They all have a private balcony or terrace with stunning views over the sea and lagoon (some rooms have partial sea views), en suite bath or shower room, WiFi, satellite TV (with news channels only in English) and safe. Room service and minibar available (extra cost). There are 2 top suites, the Shardana Presidential Suite (108m2) with outdoor jacuzzi and the Tholos Deluxe Suite with Sea View (65m2), both with panoramic terraces. THE RESTAURANTS & BARS

The quality and variety of the food is a real feature and Italian, local and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the 11 different restaurants of the resort. Guests can take advantage of the dine around option in the other Chia Laguna Resort restaurants, on reservation (some incur a supplement).


Domus Restaurant (open April – October) with dining room and spacious covered terrace filled with plants and flowers has an informal style and design that makes the guests of Hotel Village feel right at home. 1 bottle of water is included with dinner per adult per meal for Hotel Village guests.

La Terrazza Restaurant (open April – October) for guests staying in the Hotel Laguna, with buffet style breakfast and à la carte dinner of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine on an al fresco dining terrace with grill and lovely views to the sea (on reservation, supplement for all guests except those staying in Conrad Chia Laguna).

Il Ginepro Restaurant (open April – October) for Baia di Chia Resort guests, breakfast and dinner with a buffet and show cooking and the best of Sardinian cuisine, along with delicious Mediterranean specialities (on reservation, supplement for those staying in Hotel Village). 1 bottle of water is included with dinner per adult per meal for Baia di Chia Resort guests.

Le Dune Restaurant (open June – September) snack bar and à la carte restaurant near the beach open for lunch (on reservation, extra cost) serving pasta, pizza, salads, meat, fish and special dinners in high season (dinners on reservation, supplement).

Bioaquam Pool Restaurant (open June – September) serving an à la carte lunch (for Conrad Chia Laguna guests, on reservation, extra cost) with fresh dishes, salads and special dinners in high season (on reservation, supplement).

Pizzeria in the Piazza (open May – August) serving an à la carte dinner with traditional Italian pizzas (on reservation, extra cost – guests pay menu prices - for all guests except those staying at Hotel Laguna).

Sa Mesa (open June - Sept) a delightful, brand new restaurant dedicated to Sardinia, with a large indoor room and a marvellous outdoor area.

Osteria la Torre a new restaurant in the central Piazza degli Ulivi, for a seafood dinner in the extraordinary atmosphere of the square, which offers original shows and performances with a view on the Tower of Chia.

Flow Restaurant Signature restaurant located next to Baia di Chia with South-East Asian, Thai and Sushi fusion cuisine.

Bimbi Restaurant for our youngest guests to have lunch or dinner in a fun and playful atmosphere and learn the names of dishes and ingredients prepared with genuine and certified foods.


Bars: There are 8 bars in the resort including a lounge bar, terrace bar, poolside bar, champagne & prosecco bar, cocktail bar, beach bar, and gelateria with fine Italian ice creams.

THE FACILITIES

Chia Laguna offers guests the choice of many sporting facilities for those wishing to be active or the space to relax, for couples and families alike. There are 5 pools: a feature swimming pool and baby pool with poolside bar for Village guests, a 25m pool at Baia di Chia Resort, Conrad Chia Laguna guests have the use of two swimming pools, the stunning Oasi pool and the Bioaquam pool and a children's pool is located in the Mini Club.


A range of watersports are available from the beach (300-700m away) including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and scuba diving and other activities including five-a-side football, tennis and Padel tennis (all extra cost). Guests have use of the fitness centre, Monday to Friday (extra cost). There are academies available for children aged 6-16 years including a Football Legends, Tennis, Padel, Calisthenics and Cycling academies (run Monday - Friday on select dates over the summer, all extra cost and subject to availability).


From the main Hotel Village reception, the resort operates a land train shuttle service to the beach, approximately 700m away, throughout the day. A few minutes ride takes you to the edge of the sand dunes with a decked pathway leading to the beautiful white sandy Campana beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.


There is a reserved beach area with sunbeds and parasols (first two rows extra cost, early booking essential) with beach towels and showers are available for guests use. Le Dune restaurant and snack bar is open for lunch (extra cost, high season only).


In the evening, after dinner from May to September, guests can enjoy light music entertainment in the piazza whilst visiting the small boutiques, shops and gelateria.

GREAT FOR FAMILIES

There are very good facilities and Children's Clubs (9am-12:30pm, 3pm-5:30pm, May-September) for families with children of all ages:


  • Dedicated children’s play area with large children’s pool with gently sloping entry (open 10am-12pm, 3pm-5:30pm subject to weather conditions), shaded area, soft play area with toys, games and lots of activities and entertainments
  • Complimentary Mini Club (3-6 years), Junior Club (7-12 years) and Adventure Club (13-17 years), some activities free, some extra cost
  • Nursery for babies and toddlers (0-2 years, extra cost)
  • Babysitting (extra cost)
  • Complimentary Baby Welcome Kit (ages 4-35 months) including pushchair, cot, changing table and bottle warming facilities (on request, subject to availability, please ask our Reservations Team for more details)
  • The English speaking staff will arrange activities, games, sports and tournaments to keep the children happy and entertained. They will also help at mealtimes in the Bimbi Restaurant (lunch extra cost)

SPA HOTEL

The Conrad Spa is centrally located in the resort offering an oasis of relaxation set amidst the beauty of Mediterranean nature. The Bioaquam® Circuit of al fresco spa pools with relaxation areas and outdoor terrace is the perfect way to regenerate mind and body after an active day at the beach. There is also a sauna, Turkish Bath, frigidarium area, whirlpool baths, experience showers and Rasul Bath and refreshing variety of treatments and therapies (extra cost).


Please note: Entrance to the spa centre is extra cost for Hotel Village guests.
