The Hotel Village is situated in the grounds of the resort with 240 cottage-style rooms.  All rooms were newly refurbished in 2020 and have an en suite bath or shower room with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV (with news channels only in English), minibar (extra cost), safe, WiFi and telephone.

There are different room types to suit your family or party:

Classic Room(20-24m ² , sleeping up to 3) double/twin on ground or first floor with room for an extra bed or cot (on request) and some can interconnect (on request).

Classic Room With Balcony(20-24m ² , sleeping up to 3) double/twin on first floor with room for an extra bed or cot (on request) and a balcony. Some can interconnect (on request).

Garden Room(21-25m ² , sleeping up to 3) double/twin room with extra bed on request, located on the ground floor with a small shared garden, a cot or third bed is available (on request), some can interconnect (on request).

Superior Room(21-25m ² , sleeping up to 3) double/twin room with room for a cot or extra bed (on request), located in a central position with patio doors leading onto a private garden.

Pool Room(21-25m ² , sleeping up to 3) double/twin room with room for a cot or extra bed (on request) and a private garden, located around the Hotel Village pool.

Classic Family Room (40m ² , sleeping up to 4) 2 double/twin bedrooms sharing one bath and/or shower room (no balcony) on one level.

Family Garden Room (40m ² , sleeping up to 4) double/twin bedroom and mezzanine floor with twin beds with one shared bath and/or shower room and a small shared garden.

Family Superior Room (40m ² , sleeping up to 4) double/twin bedroom and mezzanine floor with twin beds and 2 bath and/or shower rooms with a small private garden and patio in a central position.

Family Pool Room (40m ² , sleeping up to 4 + cot) double/twin room and mezzanine floor with twin beds and 2 bath and/or shower rooms with a private garden located opposite the Hotel Village pool.

The quality and variety of the food is a real feature and Italian, local and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the 11 different restaurants of the resort. Guests can take advantage of the culinary journey option in the other Chia Laguna Resort restaurants, on reservation (some incur a supplement).

The Hotel Village now has a new zone in the style of an Italian piazza outside the new Domus Restaurant, where guests can dine or have breakfast alfresco.

Domus Restaurant(open April – October) dedicated to guests from Hotel Village staying on half board, with dining room and spacious covered terrace filled with plants and flowers has an informal style and design that makes the guests feel right at home. 
La Terrazza Restaurant(open April – October) dedicated for guests staying in the Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, with buffet style breakfast and à la carte dinner of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine on an al fresco dining terrace with grill and lovely views to the sea (on reservation, with supplement as part of the 'Culinary Journey' dine around program for all guests except those staying in Conrad Chia Laguna).
Le Dune Restaurant(open May – October) snack bar and à la carte restaurant near the Dune di Campana beach, open for lunch (on reservation, extra cost) serving pasta, pizza, salads, meat and fish.
Bioaquam Pool Restaurant & Bar(open April – October) serving an à la carte lunch (for Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia guests, on reservation, extra cost) with fresh dishes, salads and special dinners in high season (on reservation, supplement).
Mezze is adjacent to large central pool of the resort amongst the gardens with a wide range of specialties that, following the local tradition, are made to share with your fellow diners.
Pizzeria in the Piazza(open May – August) serving an à la carte dinner with traditional Italian pizzas (on reservation, extra cost).
Sa Mesa(open June - September) a delightful restaurant dedicated to Sardinia, with a large indoor room and a marvellous outdoor area (on reservation, extra cost).
Osteria la Torre located in the central Piazza degli Ulivi, for a seafood dinner in the extraordinary atmosphere of the square, which offers original shows and performances with a view on the Tower of Chia (on reservation, extra cost).
Flow Restaurant Signature restaurant located next to Baia di Chia with Sushi fusion cuisine (on reservation, extra cost).
Bimbi Corner  for our youngest guests to have lunch or dinner in a fun and playful atmosphere and learn the names of dishes and ingredients prepared with genuine and certified foods.

Bars: There are 8 bars in the resort including a lounge bar, terrace bar, poolside bar, champagne & prosecco bar, cocktail bar, beach bar, and gelateria with fine Italian ice creams.

Chia Laguna Resort offers guests the choice of many sporting facilities for those wishing to be active or the space to relax, for couples and families alike. There is a feature swimming pool with poolside bar and restaurant.

A range of watersports are available from the beach including sailing, windsurfing,  canoeing, SUP and other activities including five-a-side football, tennis and Padel tennis (all extra cost). Guests have free use of the fitness centre 24 hours a day. There are sport academies available for children aged 6-16 years including football, Padel, basketball, calisthenics and hip hop (Monday - Friday on select dates over the summer high season, all extra cost and subject to availability). E-bikes are available to rent for use inside and outside the resort (advance booking, extra cost).

From the main reception, the resort operates a land train shuttle service to the beach, approximately 700m away, throughout the day. A few minutes ride takes you to the edge of the sand dunes with a decked pathway leading to the beautiful white sandy Campana beach with clear sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

There is a reserved beach area with complimentary sun loungers and parasol from third row (first 2 rows extra cost, early booking essential) with beach towels and showers available for guests use. Le Dune restaurant and snack bar is open for lunch (extra cost).

After dinner from May to September, guests can enjoy live music entertainment in the Degli Ulivi Piazza whilst visiting the small boutiques, shops and gelateria.

Excursions can be arranged (extra cost) which include local cooking classes, horse riding, quad adventure, jeep tour, Pecorino cheese experience and wine tasting.

There are very good facilities and Children's Clubs (9am-12:30pm, 3pm-5:30pm, May-September) for families with children of all ages:

• Dedicated children’s play area with large children’s pool with sloping entry (open 10am-12pm, 3pm-5:30pm subject to weather conditions), shaded area, soft play area with toys, games and lots of activities and entertainments
• Complimentary Mini Club (3-6 years), Junior Club (7-12 years) and Adventure Club (13-17 years) with activities (some free, some extra cost)
• Nursery for babies and toddlers (0-2 years, extra cost)
• Complimentary Baby Welcome Kit (ages 4-35 months) including pushchair, cot, changing table and bottle warming facilities (on request, subject to availability, please ask our Reservations Team for more details)
• Babysitting (on request, extra cost)

The English speaking staff will arrange activities, games, sports and tournaments to keep the children happy and entertained. They will also help at mealtimes in the Bimbi Corner (lunch extra cost). The main restaurants have highchairs and/or booster seats.

The Chia Sport Academies (extra cost)  are led by renowned athletes and champions, who will share their expertise and passion. 
For children and teens (6-16yrs) there are Academies in football, basketball, padel, fencing, calisthenics and hip hop. 
 
From Monday to Friday, there are two hours of group training sessions led by the stars, offering an opportunity to experience the secrets of training, technique, and gameplay that propelled them to greatness.
Each participant will receive an exclusive welcome kit, full of memorable keepsakes and a postcard personally signed by the Guest Star, a participation certificate to commemorate their unforgettable experience, and a T-shirt and shorts.

Conrad Spa (extra cost) has a wonderful Bioaquam® Circuit of al fresco spa pools with relaxation areas and outdoor terrace, the perfect way to regenerate mind and body after an active day at the beach.  There is also a sauna, Turkish Bath, frigidarium area, whirlpool baths, experience showers and Rasul Bath and refreshing variety of treatments and therapies available (reservation required).

The small village of Domus de Maria is nearby and Chia is approximately 5km away. The charming town of Pula with a selection of shops, café bars, pizzerias and restaurants is approximately 20km away.

Stunning scenery with beaches, sand dunes and beautiful lagoons sheltered by mountains surround the resort with views of the Torre di Chia and the ruins of the Phoenician city of Bithia nearby.
