The single-storey guest rooms and suites are arranged in Mediterranean gardens and are designed in contemporary style. 

 All the rooms have en suite bath or shower room with hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV (news channels only in English), minibar, safe, WiFi, telephone and patio. The Suite Incanto and King suites with sea views are spacious and beautifully designed, with spectacular views over the sea and surrounding landscape with the beach just a stone’s throw away.

King Deluxe with Bay View (26m ² , sleeping 2) these spacious Mediterranean style rooms have a bedroom with king size bed and balcony or terrace with views over the lagoon. Sun loungers and parasol included from third row at the beach.

King Deluxe with Sea View  (26m ² , sleeping 2) these rooms with stylish décor have bedroom with king size bed and balcony or terrace with wonderful sea views. Sun loungers and parasol in second row at the beach.

King Suite with Sea View  (44-54m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) situated close to the sea and lagoon, these suites are spacious and light with bedroom with king size bed, separate lounge area with a sofa bed and balcony with stunning sea views. Sun loungers and parasol included in first row at the beach.

Suite Incanto  (140m ² , sleeping up to 5 + cot) situated in a spectacular position on the promontory, this Suite combines traditional Mediterranean architectural elements, such as exposed beams and a prevalence of white, with design accessories in colours that reflect Chia’s natural surroundings. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds each with en suite shower room, lounge area with sofa beds, large communal living area with additional shower room and shaded veranda with view over the lagoon and partial view of the sea. The quality and variety of the food is a real feature and Italian, local and international cuisine can be enjoyed in the 11 different restaurants of the resort. Guests can take advantage of the culinary journey option in the other Chia Laguna Resort restaurants, on reservation (some incur a supplement). Il Canneto bar, is set in the gardens around the large swimming pool at Baia di Chia with an outdoor area and Il Ginepro restaurant has a traditional Sardinian décor in wood and wicker, serving local and Mediterranean inspired dishes.

Il Ginepro Restaurant  (open April – October) just for Baia di Chia Resort guests, breakfast and dinner with an a la carte menu and the best of Sardinian cuisine, along with delicious Mediterranean specialities (on reservation, supplement for those staying in Hotel Village). Pool-side BBQ nights will be featured on selected evenings.

Pizzeria in the Piazza Degli Ulivi (open May – September) serving an à la carte dinner with traditional Italian pizzas (on reservation, extra cost – guests pay menu prices - for all guests).

Sa Mesa(open June - October) a delightful restaurant dedicated to Sardinia, with a large indoor room and a marvellous outdoor area.

Osteria la Torre located in the central Piazza degli Ulivi, for dinner in the extraordinary atmosphere of the square, which offers original shows and performances with a view on the Tower of Chia.

Flow Restaurant Signature restaurant located next to Baia di Chia with Sushi fusion cuisine.

Bimbi Corner  for our youngest guests to have lunch or dinner in a fun and playful atmosphere and learn the names of dishes and ingredients prepared with genuine and certified foods.

Bars: There are 8 bars in the resort including a lounge bar, terrace bar, poolside bar, Champagne & prosecco bar, cocktail bar, beach bar, and gelateria with fine Italian ice creams.

Guests are greeted in the Baia di Chia Resort reception area that leads out to pathways through the gardens to the 25m infinity swimming pool with shallow area to relax on floating sunbeds and a terrace with sunbeds and parasols.

Monte Cogoni beach is accessed from the hotel down 60 steps carved out of the rock, a shuttle service operates to the top of the steps. The beach has an exclusive beach area reserved for adult guests only with complimentary sunbeds and parasols for guests use (first row for guests in King Suites with Sea View and Suite Incanto, second row for guests in King Deluxe with Sea View and all other guests from third row) and is backed by white sand dunes dotted with lilies and hundred-year-old juniper trees which lead to the magnificent crystal-clear waters and golden sand. Beach towels and showers are available for guests use. Le Dune restaurant and snack bar, located near the Dune di Campana beach, is open for lunch (extra cost).

Chia Laguna offers guests of Baia di Chia Resort the choice of many sporting facilities for those wishing to be active: A range of watersports are available from Campana beach including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, pedaloes, banana boats and other activities including beach tennis, five-a-side football, tennis and Padel tennis (extra cost). Guests have free use of the fitness room 24 hours a day. E-bikes are available to rent for use inside and outside the resort (advance booking, extra cost).

After dinner from May to September, guests can enjoy live music entertainment in the Piazza degli Ulivi whilst visiting the small boutiques, shops and gelateria.

Excursions can be arranged (extra cost) which include local cooking classes, horse riding, quad adventure, jeep tour and coasteering.

There are very good facilities and Children's Clubs (9am-12:30pm, 3pm-5:30pm, May-September) for families with children of all ages located in the main part of Chia Laguna Resort which can be accessed by a short golf cart ride:

• Dedicated children’s play area with large children’s pool with sloping entry (open 10am-12pm, 3pm-5:30pm subject to weather conditions), shaded area, soft play area with toys, games and lots of activities and entertainments
• Complimentary Mini Club (3-6 years), Junior Club (7-12 years) and Adventure Club (13-17 years) with activities (some free, some extra cost)
• Nursery for babies and toddlers (0-2 years, extra cost)
• Complimentary Baby Welcome Kit (ages 4-35 months) including pushchair, cot, changing table and bottle warming facilities (on request, subject to availability, please ask our Reservations Team for more details)
• Babysitting (on request, extra cost)

The English speaking staff will arrange activities, games, sports and tournaments to keep the children happy and entertained. They will also help at mealtimes in the Bimbi Corner (lunch extra cost). The main restaurants have highchairs and/or booster seats.

The Chia Sport Academies (extra cost)  are led by renowned athletes and champions, who will share their expertise and passion. 
For children and teens (6-16yrs) there are Academies in football and padel plus others to suit a wide range of interests.  Please ask our Reservations Team for more infomation.
 
From Monday to Friday, there are two hours of group training sessions led by the stars, offering an opportunity to experience the secrets of training, technique, and gameplay that propelled them to greatness.
Each participant will receive an exclusive welcome kit, full of memorable keepsakes and a postcard personally signed by the Guest Star, a participation certificate to commemorate their unforgettable experience, and a T-shirt and shorts.

Conrad Spa is centrally located in the resort offering an oasis of relaxation set amidst the beauty of Mediterranean nature. The Bioaquam® Circuit of al fresco spa pools with relaxation areas and outdoor terrace is the perfect way to regenerate mind and body after an active day at the beach. There is also a sauna, Turkish Bath, whirlpool baths, experience showers and Rasul Bath and refreshing variety of treatments and therapies (extra cost except guests staying in Suite Incanto and King Suite who have complimentary access to The Bioaquam® Circuit).

The small villages of Chia and Domus de Maria are approximately 3km and 5km respectively from Chia Laguna. The charming town of Pula, with a good selection of shops, café bars, pizzerias and restaurants, is approximately 20km away. The 9/18 hole Is Molas Golf Course is approximately 18km.

Stunning scenery with beaches, sand dunes and beautiful lagoons sheltered by mountains surround the hotel with views of the Torre di Chia and the ruins of the Phoenician city of Bithia nearby. The beautiful beaches at Tuerredda are 6km and the headland of Capo Spartivento 5.5km
