VOI Tanka Village

There are different types of rooms in 5 separate areas within Tanka Village, all with en suite shower room, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, safe and the majority with terrace/balcony.

CASBAH
Casbah Standard Room(30m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) located on the ground or first floor, centrally located in the village, 300-600m from the beach. Each spacious double/twin room has a sofa bed and en suite shower room.  Rooms on the first floor have a window (no balcony). Interconnecting room are available at a supplement, on request. Meals are served in the Oasys restaurant.

Casbah Superior Room  (30m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) double/twin room with a sofa bed and en suite shower room, all on the ground or first floor, centrally located in the village, 200-500m from the beach. Rooms on the first floor have a window (no balcony). The Superior rooms have a reserved table in the outdoor area of Oasys restaurant for breakfast and dinner with a bottle of wine per room per day (free table at lunch).

MONTE
Monte Garden Room(25m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) double/twin room with sofa bed located in hilly/panoramic area 600-800m from the beach. Meals are served in the Oasys restaurant.

Monte Superior Room(25m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) located in the hilly area 400-600m from the beach. Similar in style to Casbah Standard rooms, each room is a double/twin with a sofa bed and en suite shower room divided from the sleeping area by steps. Meals are served in the Oasys restaurant.

DIMORA 
Dimora Family Room (48m ² , sleeping up to 5 + cot) 1 bedroom and a separate living room with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, two bath /  shower rooms and large terrace. Located 500m from the beach, these rooms have a dedicated reception, a reserved area at the Oasys restaurant for breakfast and dinner including bottled water and wine. refurbished in 2024.

DOMUS (refurbished for 2025)
Domus Standard Room(34m ² , sleeping up to 3 + cot) with 2 beds and sofa bed on the second and top floor. Located 500m from the beach with breakfast and dinner served at the Mirto restaurant with bottled drinks included, a full board option serves lunch at the Oasys restaurant.  In July / August, guests have breakfast at the Domus Cafeteria.

Domus Junior Suite  (47-55m ² , sleeping up to 4 + cot) divide into triple rooms (sleeping 2/3 + cot) on the first floor and quadruple rooms (sleeping 2-4 + cots) on the ground floor, both are comprised of a double bedroom, living room with 1 or 2 sofa beds, 2 shower rooms, WiFi and balcony or terrace. Located 500m from the beach, there is a reserved table in the Mirto restaurant for breakfast and dinner including bottled drinks and full board option with lunch at the Oasys restaurant. In July / August, guests have breakfast at the Domus Cafeteria.

New VOI TANKA SELECTED HOTEL
The completely renovated VOI Tanka Selected area which opened in June 2024 offers Deluxe rooms and Junior Suites with dedicated reception, heated swimming pool, coffee bar and Dimora Lounge for an exclusive breakfast. This luxurious hotel 200-300m from the beach also has a dedicated restaurant 'La Terrazza del Mirto' for dinner, with reserved table and bottled drinks included. Late breakfast is available until midday at the Dimora Lounge and the possibility to choose the Premium package with a reserved table at the Stella di Mare à la carte restaurant for lunch / dinner (extra cost).  Access to the gym is free of charge to VOI Tanka Selected guests.

Double Deluxe(28sqm, sleeps 2 + cot) Double rooms with  shower room and terrace.
Junior Suite Deluxe(40-48sqm, sleeps up to 5) Quadruple with 1 bedroom and living room with 2 sofa beds (+ cot on request), 1 shower room and large terrace,. Quintuple with 2 separate bedrooms, accommodating up to 5 people, 2 shower rooms and a large terrace.

SUITE VILLAS
Various sizes located in a reserved area near the main square in the resort and about 300m from the beach with dedicated reception, table reserved at the restaurant 'La Terrazza del Mirto for dinner, bottled drinks included, breakfast at the dedicated Caffetteria or at the Dimora Lounge of the VOI Tanka Selected and it is possible to book the Premium package which includes reserved table for lunch and dinner at the Stella di Mare à la carte restaurant (extra cost).
The Suite Villas are arranged on 2 floors and consist of a living room with kitchenette, 2-4 shower rooms, private patio and furnished in typical local style. There is the choice of:
Suite with 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (sleeping up to 5 + cot)
Suite with 3 double bedrooms(sleeping up to 6 + cot)
Suite with 3 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom(sleeping up to 7 + cot)
Suite with 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds(sleeping up to 8 + cot)

Oasys  Recently renovated, this is the largest restaurant in the resort.   It lies a short distance from the beach and offers guests an informal buffet with complimentary water, soft drinks, wine and draught beer in large open spaces and air conditioned interiors with themed evenings during the week.

Pizzeria  open for lunch and dinner, located close to the Oasys restaurant for an alternative restaurant with table service offering appetizers, pizza and desserts. Included in half board for dinner or on full board for lunch / dinner (reservation requied).

Mirto  situated in a scenic position, near to the swimming pool and the central piazzetta, with elegant interiors in local style and large panormic terraces. Offering international and local dishes from an exclusive buffet for breakfast and dinner.  Included for guests of the Domus rooms.

Mirto Terrace is located on the upper part of Mirto restaurant, it has a delightful terrace overlooking the central area of the resort serving an elegant rich buffet of local and international cuisine with a sea view.  Reserved for guests of Deluxe and Suite rooms.

Stella di Mare offers à la carte menus and barbecues directly on the beach, with a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea and the white beach for lunch and dinner (extra cost, on reservation).  Guests who have upgraded to the Premium Service get a reserved table and service included.

Poke & Burger  between the beach and pool offering lunch under a pergola serving poke, salads, meat and fish burgers in an informal setting (extra cost).

Dimora Lounge  at the VOI Tanka Selected hotel, offers breakfast to guests of the Tanka Selected and typical and themed brunch with different proposals of dishes availlable to all guests for a fee paid locally.

Ke Spettacolo restaurant is located near the beach and serves dinner accompanied by live music (extra cost)

Domus Cafeteria located in Domus offering breakfast with sweet buffet and cafeteria for Domus guests who wish to have a continental breakfast without having to go to the Mirto Restuarant.

The Cafeteria of the Suites for guests of Suite Villas, located in an exclusve corner inside the courtyard of the Villas for a breakfast 'in slippers' served directly outside your Suite.

The Cucciolo restaurant is located in the Oasys restaurant and is desgined for children serving lunch and dinner with activities staff. The Biberoneria is available to parents to prepare baby food with assistance from childcare staff (extra cost).

Bar La Piazzetta in the main central bar open from morning until night. 

Nettuno Bar is on the beach offering drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Notteri Kiosk on the south side of the beach (high season only, open at management's discretion).

Dimora Lounge Bar overlooking the pool and reserved for guests staying in the Tanka Selected.

Il Giardino dei Sapori lounge area near the sea for aperitifs and after dinner with music. Late evenings it hosts a disco.

Cafe Botanico - La Gintoneria serving Sardinian and international products with an indoor billiards room. The cafe offers music and drinks in the evening in the square.

The Ice Cream Shop in the shopping area offers ‘gelato’, smoothies and fresh fruit.

Please note: The restaurants, bars and other facilities are open at the discretion of the management. Buffet Restaurants include draught water, soft drinks, wine and beer. The Mirto restaurant is open high season only (June - mid September), outside these dates opening is at the discretion of the management. The opening of the Pizzeria (31/05-30/9), Stella di Mare (7/6-13/9), Cafe Botanico (14/6-14/09),  Giardino dei Sapori (31/05-30/09, Domus Cafeteria (1/07-31/08), Cafeteria of the Suites and Dimora Lounge is not guaranteed throughout the season or every day and open at management's discretion. A selection of gluten-free products will be offered at breakfast and the chefs will always be available to meet other food and intolerance needs.

There are complimentary children’s clubs (3-17 years, 23/05-05/10) and dedicated family areas and equipment designed for children with particular attention to comfort and safety and numerous activities for all age groups: sports, creative activities and games, assisted by qualified staff. The restaurant has specific childrens menus.

Voila Baby 0-2 years(€30 per infant per day, paid locally, under parental supervison)

• Nursery with large well equipped indoor and outdoor play areas and an area equipped with sterilisers, bottle warmers, induction plates, pots and pans, blender, fridge and microwave with some baby foods supplied ( veg soup, fresh fruit, meat/fish/fruit baby food, fresh milk, biscuits, yoghurt, water, fruit juices, nappies), products are only supplied during staffed times  (12pm-2:30pm and 7pm-9:30pm). Taking place between 9th June -  5th September 2025 for children (boys and girls) between 5 and 13 years old with coaches from Cagliari Football Team and including workouts, technique classes, exciting games and above all lots of fun!

Cost €160 per child per week (paid locally) including 2 daily 90 minute workouts Monday to Friday, 9:30am-11am in the morning and 4pm-5:30pm in the afternoon (60 minutes specific training, 30 minutes football match), training kit (t-shirt, shorts, pair of socks, bag and participation certificate during the last day of training). Reservation required (subject to availability), by completing an application form and it is mandatory to present a copy of the health card and medical certificate.

The impressive VOI Tanka Spa offers 3 large hydro massage pools with thalassotherapy, sauna, Turkish bath, relax area, emotional showers and massage rooms for à la carte health & beauty treatments and gym (all extra cost).

Spa Terms & Conditions

For those who need to work whilst on holiday VOI can offer a private space to work in a quiet area of the resort with a desk, high speed internet, coffee maker and packed lunch delivered to room plus check in and check out flexibility (extra cost), common spaces to work and possibility of room cleaning at a pre-arranged time. The resort also provides scanning services, printing (limitations apply) and parcel collection and delivery services (extra cost).

The Smart Working package costs €7 per room per day, paid locally.

Please note: Smart Working is only available to bookings made in Domus Rooms and new Deluxe rooms.

The hotel is situated just 1km from the colourful high street of Villasimius with an array of shops, bars, cafés, gelaterias and pizzerias.

Villasimius is situated on the beautiful south eastern tip of Sardinia with stunning white sandy beaches with electric blue sea. The headland of Capo Carbonara has a harbour and old fortress and there is a double bay with fine white sand on one side and granulated sand on the other. There are boat trips out to the islands of Cavoli and Serpentara with an abundance of marine life.

There is a wonderful scenic drive to Costa Rei, with many beautiful beaches and coves, and a mountainous interior to explore.
