Punta Falcone Resort

Set on the hillside with panoramic sea views, the apartments are separated into two areas, the Punta Falcone apartments are located in 9 blocks in the gardens of 5 or 6 apartments; and the Arborea building houses the Prestige apartments. 

The apartments are well furnished with good quality decorations and they all have double bed, shower room with hairdryer and towel warmer, air conditioning/heating, WiFi, well equipped kitchen including two ring hob, microwave oven, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, iron and ironing board, satellite TV, safe and pool towels are provided.

Cots and highchairs on request (extra cost). A courtesy kit is provided on arrival including bathroom products, toilet roll, napkins, cleaning kit, 2 bottles of water. There is an internal shuttle service for assistance with luggage on arrival/departure.

Each area has 5 or 6 one or two bedroom apartments, each located on the ground floor with independent entrance and built in local Galluran tradition with San Giacomo granite, gabled roof with antique terracotta tiles and interior with exposed beams. 

Classic 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment (49-68m ² , sleeping up to 4) comprising of open plan living room with sofa bed, dining table and well-equipped kitchen, 1 large bedroom, shower room and private garden with lawn and terrace with table and chairs. Some apartments also have a roof sun terrace. Sun loungers in the gardens are available (supplement).

Superior 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment (49-68m ² , sleeping up to 4) similar to the Classic apartment but larger with additional superior furnishings and a larger garden. (Comfort package included.) 

Deluxe 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment  (49-68m ² , sleeping uo to 4) similar to the Superior apartment but they are located at the top of the resort with a larger garden area wrapping two sides of the apartment. (Comfort package included.) 

Exclusive 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment (49-68m ² , sleeping up to 4) more spacious with superior furnishings and better positioned than Deluxe apartment with a larger garden area on two sides of the apartment. (Comfort package included.)

Classic 2 Bedroom Suite Apartment  (61-80m ² , sleeping up to 6) comprising open plan living room with sofa bed, dining table and well-equipped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, shower room and private garden with terrace furnished with a table and chairs. Some are also equipped with a roof sun terrace. Sun loungers in the gardens are available (supplement).

Exclusive 2 Bedroom Suite Apartment  (61-80m ² , sleeping up to 6) similar to the 2 bedroom Classic apartment but with additional superior furnishings and a larger garden area. (Comfort package included.)

Comfort package includes:  superior furnishings, a bottle of Prosecco in apartment on arrival, rattan or similiar outdoor sofa, 2 sun loungers in the garden, kettle, toaster, 40cl wine glasses, ironing board and iron, mattress with double topper, double pillow on the double bed, mirror cabinet.

Prestige Apartments  (open June - September) the most luxurious apartments located in the Arborea area in a private, panoramic position with sea view. 

Prestige 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment (sleeping up to 4) comprising a large bedroom, shower room, living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area and kitchenette. The garden has a lawned area, furnished patio and a mini-pool or jacuzzi (Prestige package included).

Prestige 2 Bedroom Suite Apartment  (sleeping up to 6) comprising 2 large bedrooms, large shower room, living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area and kitchenette. The garden has a lawned area and patio furnished with table and armchairs and mini-pool or jacuzzi. (Prestige package included.)

Prestige package includes:  Comfort package + panoramic postion with sea views, private mini-pool or jacuzzi in the garden, Club house in the Arborea area, induction hob and oven, daily cleaning with linen change.

The Arborea building houses the Prestige apartments. These are more luxurious than the Punta Falcone apartments and include a superior service. The Guest House is home to a relaxing lounge area, panoramic swimming pool with sea views and a kitchen area with a 24 hour refreshment service with a well stocked pantry.

Prestige Apartments  (open June - September) the most luxurious apartments located in the Arborea area in a private, panoramic position with sea view.    Larger in size than other apartments with superior furnishings, large terraces and a mini pool or hot tub in each apartment. 

Prestige 1 Bedroom Suite Apartment (53-69m ² , sleeping up to 4) comprising a large bedroom, shower room, living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area and kitchenette. The garden has a lawned area, furnished patio and a mini-pool or jacuzzi (Prestige package included).

Prestige 2 Bedroom Suite Apartment  (82-112m ² , sleeping up to 6) comprising 2 large bedrooms, large shower room, living room with 2 single sofa beds, dining area and kitchenette. The garden has a lawned area and patio furnished with table and armchairs and mini-pool or jacuzzi. (Prestige package included.)

There is a large parking area leading to the clubhouse with reception and café bar. A concierge service prepares the apartments and offers information about the residence and local area including discounts at nearby restaurants, laundry service, bike rental and room service (all extra cost).  

The café bar offers guests a complimentary Italian breakfast every morning and drinks are available throughout the day (extra cost). Happy hour drinks are offered once a week with complimentary tasting products.

There is a lovely swimming pool adjacent to the clubhouse with a terrace furnished with sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided. There is also a panoramic terrace with fitness equipment for guests use.

The beach of Porto Quadro is 300m from the residence with access via a path through the local vegetation of Holm oaks, junipers and Mediterranean maquis. There is a beach bar and sunbed rental from June - September (€25 per day for 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol).

Punta Falcone is situated 4km from Santa Teresa between the port and Marmorata beach (approximately 3km equidistance). Santa Teresa that has a tremendous amount to offer a holidaymaker with a variety of shops, weekly market, restaurants, pizzerias, lively piazza, beautiful beaches, coastal walks, watersports, horse riding, boat trips to the Maddalena islands and ferries to Bonifacio in Corsica (approx. 50 minutes) from the port.

Santa Teresa di Gallura and the headland of Capo Testa are situated on the northern most tip of the island enjoying wonderful views over the Straits of Bonifacio to the island of Corsica. There are some beautiful beaches with clear turquoise sea ideal for swimming and snorkelling and fascinating rock formations carved by the wind on the headland and in the Valley of the Moon. The town beach of Rena Bianca is lovely as well as the double bay at Capo Testa.
