The guest rooms and suites are located in the main building, as well as in bungalows arranged in the pine forest. They are on the ground or 1st floor (accessed with a lift) with either balcony, terrace/patio. All the rooms offer the comforts of a 5 star hotel including double or twin beds, en suite bath and/or shower room with bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, radio, telephone, safe, minibar and tea/coffee set. There are interconnecting rooms and rooms suitable for disabled guests (on request).

Executive Bungalow(39-45m ² , sleeps 2) Open plan living room/bedroom with double or twin beds and en suite shower room.
Comfort Bungalow   (51-64m ² , sleeps up to 2 adults + 2 children up to 11yrs): Bedroom with double or twin beds, separate living room with double sofa bed and en suite shower room.
Deluxe Bungalow(64-69m ² , sleeps up to 2 adults + 3 children up to 11yrs): Bedroom with double or twin beds, 2nd bedroom with double sofa bed, separate living room with single sofa bed, shower room.

Garden Suite Luxury(240m ² ) with 3 bedrooms, 3 walk-in wardrobes, 2 living rooms, 4 shower rooms and 2 furnished patios.

Alternatively, The Garden Suite Luxury which consists of 2 interconnected suites can on request be split into:
Garden Suite(100m ² , sleeping up to 2 adults): Bedroom with double or twin beds, separate living room with sofa and lounge chairs, bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Garden Suite Deluxe(140m ² , sleeps up to 4 adults): 2 bedrooms with double or twin beds, separate living room with sofa and lounge chairs, bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Restaurant Janas with views over the pool and the pinewood offers dishes prepared using seasonal and local produce. Enjoy a wide variety of freshly sweet and savoury products at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast for late raisers is available at the bar in a reduced format. In the evening, choose from the irresistible à la carte menù with fine specialties in a romantic setting indoors or on the terrace outside immersed in a tranquil natural setting. There are themed culinary evenings and vegeterian dishes, diet, gluten & lactose free dishes (reduced choice, reservation required) and a healthy food corner.

At lunch time you can choose a light lunch by the beach in the Bistro Beach Bar or alternatively by the pool at the Bar La Pineta with à la carte menù (extra cost).

La Pineta main bar is located by the pool with a large selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and at lunchtime offers a choice of pasta, meat, fish or vegetarian options. There is live music on some evenings.

At sunset, an Italian aperitivo is offered at the terrace bar at S’Arenas Beach Club and a bistro area for lunchtime snacks and takeaways.

The hotel swimming pool is in front of the main hotel building with terrace, sunbeds, parasols. 

The long, fine sandy beach is reached via a 350m path through the pinewood. There are sunbeds, parasols and beach towels provided for guests. 

The reception in the hotel offers hotel and local information including excursions and it is possible to rent bikes (extra cost).

The hotel also offers a gym, yoga classes and massages (extra cost).

There is a hotel shop that sells local handcrafts and Sardinian products.

Golf Club Is Arenas is next to the hotel with an 18 hole professional Par 72 Golf Course, executive 3 hole Par 3, driving range with more than 30 bays. Designed by the famous American architects Robert Von Hagge, Smelek & Baril and rewarded by the World of Golf commission as Best Golf Course of new construction in 2001. In 2002, the golf course received the prestigious award Best Italian Course. 

All hotel guests receive an extra discount on the green fee and on the spaces for storing their equipment.

Is Arenas is 21km north of Oristano on the central west coast of Sardinia immersed in a natural oasis in the Sinis countryside with vast lagoons with flocks of pink flamingos, imposing and mysterious traces of the past inhabitants, magnificent medieval buildings and ancient Romanesque churches.

This remarkably unexplored corner of Sardinia offers a rich landscape of cultivated fields and beautiful beaches such as Is Arutas, Putzu Idu, Mari Ermi and Sa Rocca. The Protected Marine Area and Mal di Ventre Island is a paradise for diving, bird watching and hiking, biking and canoeing. 

Located on the northern promontory of the Gulf of Oristano are the ruins of Tharros, a Phoenician-Roman port city that was abandoned in the year 1000 AD.

Also nearby is the Vernaccia wine producing region and Milis where some of the best oranges are grown in Sardinia.
