Villas at L'ea Bianca Luxury Resort

There are 5 Villas which can be booked with bed & breakfast or half board and benefit from the use of the 5 star hotel facilities, restaurant, bar, spa, pool and beach. The villas are independent but include the same services as the hotel rooms including daily housekeeping and evening turndown service. Personal Chef and Butler on request (extra cost).

The 2 and 3 bedroom villas are built in typical Sardinian style and arranged on the hillside in amongst trees and shrubs, accessed by stone steps. Due to their position, some of the villas are split level inside and offer stunning sea view patio and/or terrace. They all have elegant furniture and décor with lovely Italian objet d'art, living room with satellite TV, complimentary WiFi, bedrooms with each with their own shower rooms, separate WC with wash basin and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and ceramic glass hob, air conditioning and safe.

Villa Iris  (150m ² , sleeping up to 6 + cot) this elegant and comfortable sea view villa, with elegant fabrics in warm Mediterranean colours, is set on 2 levels and has 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms each with en suite shower room, a bright living room with TV and spacious terrace with sea view, small kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic glass hob, espresso machine and
access to a private terrace set amongst ornamental granite rocks, perfect for candle-lit dinners. Villa Iris is suggested for families as it is the nearest to the hotel and surrounded by 900m ² of Mediterranean gardens.

Villa Ibiscus  (140m ² , sleeping up to 6 + cot) set on the hillside with amazing sea view this villa, with elegant fabrics in Mediterranean colours, is set on 3 floors with 3 double bedrooms each with en suite shower room, one room having a balcony and private garden with sun loungers, living room with TV and sea view terrace, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, ceramic glass hob.  Ibiscus is 110 steps from the hotel reception and has private car parking and surrounded by 1,000m ² of Mediterranean gardens.

Villa Ortensia  (150m ² , sleeping up to 6 + cot) set on 2 levels with elegant fabrics in warm Mediterranean colours, this sea view villa has 2 double bedrooms each with en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom with independent entrance and en suite shower room, elegant living room with TV and stunning sea views from the terrace with table and chairs, cloakroom, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine and ceramic glass hob. Ortensia is 66 steps from the hotel reception and is surrounded by 900m ² of Mediterranean gardens. 

Villa Bouganville  (120m ² , sleeping up to 4 + cot) nestled on the hillside, this villa has elegant fabrics in warm Mediterranean colours is arranged on 2 levels with 2 double rooms each with en suite shower room, living room with TV and sea view terrace with table and chairs, patio, cloakroom, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine and ceramic glass hob. Bouganville is just 90 steps from the resort reception and surrounded by 1,000m ² of Mediterranean gardens with sun loungers. 

Villa Gardenia (110m ² , sleeping up to 4 + cot) located on the hillside, immersed in the Mediterranean macchia, this villa has been recently renovated and furnished with elegant fabrics in warm Mediterranean colours.  It is arranged on 3 levels with 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom also with en suite shower room, living room with TV and sea view terrace with table and chairs, kitchen with ceramic glass hob, espresso machine, dishwasher and fridge and cloakroom. Gardenia is just 90 steps from the resort reception with private parking and surrounded by 1,000m ² of Mediterranean gardens. 

Please note: the villas are not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to steps. Only recommended for families with older children.

The hotel's restaurant 'Lunaria' offers both indoor and outdoor dining, serving local and international cuisine in an elegant atmosphere with atmospheric lighting in the evenings. There is bar adjacent to the restaurant serving a wide variety of drinks, coffee and cocktails throughout the day and evening that can be enjoyed on the al fresco terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

There is a beautiful freshwater infinity pool situated in front of the hotel surrounded by a sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols which are placed in the secluded lawned gardens. There are pathways leading through the immaculate lawned gardens to Cala dei Ginepri beach with sun loungers and parasols provided for guests use and the a la carte beach restaurant (extra cost) set in a fantastic location overlooking the sea. 

The hotel concierge can organise excursions for guests to see more of the local area including boat trips to the Maddalena islands and minibus trips into the countryside for a Nuraghic tour and nature trail.

The hotel spa 'Recrea' offers a lovely hydromassage swimming pool, relaxation area, sauna and gym with cardio-fitness equipment. There are a wide range of massages, wellness and beauty treatments on offer (extra cost) using organic, natural and biocompatible beauty products including jojoba oil, orange essence, aloe purely cultivated in Italy and olive oil from the Mediterranean coast. The spa area with its chromotherapy lights, soft colours and tranquillity offers a wonderful sensorial experience.

The L'Ea Bianca is situated 5km from Baia Sardinia overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena. It has wonderful sea views across to Cannigione, Cala Capra with the island of Caprera beyond. The hotel is situated on Cala di Ginepri beach and there are a number of coves and beaches heading up the coast to Baia Sardinia.

Baia Sardinia is a beautiful seaside resort with a long white sandy beach and turquoise sea surrounded by villas, hotels and a lively piazza with shops, café bars and restaurants. There are watersports available on the beach and boat trips out to the islands to really appreciate the beauty of this coastline.

The stunning port and marina of Porto Cervo is 10km from L'Ea Bianca and Pevero Golf Course is 14km away.
