The charming guest rooms and suites, situated in the courtyard gardens behind the Italian style square, are arranged on the ground and first floor (no lift) with terrace or balcony and furnished in elegant warm-tones in minimalist style or colonial-style surrounded by lawns, palms, olive trees and fountains.  

All the rooms have queen or king size bed, en suite walk-in shower, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, magnifying mirror, WiFi, TV, telephone, safe, minibar (charged on consumption), daily complimentary water, air conditioning/heating, drying rack, outdoor furniture and there is a daily housekeeping service. The Deluxe and Premium rooms and suites are located in the renovated 'Deluxe Courts' with iconic arches, exquisite floor of marble from Orosei, modern furniture with antique style brass details and high-quality wood and also offer 50” 4K TV, evening housekeeping service, bathrobes and kettle with tea/coffee set. Cots are on request.

Superior Room(21sqm, sleeping 2) First floor, queen size bed (twin beds on request), sofa, writing desk, 43” 4K TV,  walk-in shower with pink mosaic and covered furnished balcony with view over the gardens. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers provided in the 3rd or 4th row on the beach. Half board: Table reserved in the indoor room of the restaurant for dinner.

Family Room(38sqm, sleeping up to 4) Ground or first floor,  spacious double room, separated twin room, 1 shower room, 2 closets, 2 TVs, 2 minibars and either furnished patio on the ground floor or covered balcony on the first floor overlooking fountain and gardens. 2 umbrellas and 4 sun loungers provided in the 4th or 5th row on the beach. Half Board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner.

Prestige Room(23sqm, sleeping 2 + cot) Ground floor, queen size bed (twin beds on request), spacious, elegant and quiet (no upstairs room), marble shower decorated with mosaic, 43” 4K TV, patio shaded by a pergola with drapes. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers provided in the 3rd or 4th row on the beach. Half board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner.

Deluxe Double, Triple or Quadruple Room(21-46sqm, sleeping 2/3/4) Ground or first floor located in the renovated Deluxe Courts with iconic arches, exquisite floor of marble from Orosei, modern furniture with antique style brass details and high-quality wood and furnished patio or balcony. Ground floor bathrooms have walk-in shower and marble bath tub. 1 or 2 parasols and 2 or 4 sun loungers reserved in the 2nd row on the beach. Half Board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner. 

Premium Room(21sqm + 15sqm terrace, sleeping 2) First floor, similar to refurbished Deluxe rooms and services but with large furnished balcony with jacuzzi (can be shared with adjoining Deluxe Room via small gate). 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers reserved in the 1st row on the beach. Half Board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner.

Deluxe Spa Room(30sqm, sleeping 2) Ground floor, identical in style and services to the Deluxe Double, exposed beam ceiling,  spacious bathroom/small private spa with emotional shower, hydromassage bathtub, marble sink and 5sqm Finnish sauna with a glass door.

Deluxe Junior Suite(30sqm + 16sqm patio with pool, sleeping 2) Ground floor, new junior suites designed to combine elegance and luxury with king size bed, large sofa, marble table & chairs, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, 2 large windows open onto private patio with pool, outdoor shower and sun loungers. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers reserved in the 1st row on the beach. Half Board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner.

Deluxe Suite(46sqm + 16sqm patio with pool, sleeping 2) Ground floor, entrance opens into a large living room with semi-circular sofa, coffee table and maxi-tv screen and selection of local infusions and liqueurs free of charge.  The bedroom, separated from the living room by an arch with curtains, has a super king size bed and 2 walk-in wardrobes, generous sized bathroom with free-standing bathtub and double sinks in addition to walk-in shower. The spacious furnished patio has a pool (4.5sqm/100cm deep) and sun loungers. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers reserved in the 1st row on the beach. Premium Suite(36sqm + 36sqm veranda with pool, sleeping 2) First floor, the interior with fine furnishings, elevated circular bed to enjoy the view,  large living area, panoramic mountain to sea view from balcony with private pool (8sqm/80cm deep), table & chairs, sun loungers and light drapes. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers reserved in the 1st row on the beach. Half Board: Table reserved in the outdoor courtyard for dinner.

Accessed from the charming Italian style square, the bright Breakfast Room with picture windows looking out to the pool and the sea beyond offers guests an à la carte menu and assisted buffet style breakfast with homemade pastries and delicious delicacies.

Facing the iconic square, the elegant Exoticus restaurant, with both an internal room and romantic courtyard enriched by original Indian furnishings and tropical plants, offers guests an unforgettable gourmet culinary experience, with Italian and Sardinian dishes created using the best quality ingredients by Executive Chef Mattia Abatiello. The 4-course menu has a sophisticated oriental influence to match the exotic style of the restaurant.
Please communicate allergies or food choices, such as vegan cuisine, although there are always dedicated dishes and products for those with food intolerances (eg gluten and lactose). Dress code: smart casual.

Bar San Pietro serves drinks and signature cocktails in the bar or on the terrace throughout the day and evening.  The bar also offers a light lunch menu that can be enjoyed on the sea view patio with teak furniture by the pool. There is live piano music at the poolside bar before and during dinner.

For a special occasion, the hotel can arrange a magical dinner for 2 under the gazebo in the centre of the pool surrounded by lanterns and live music with a dedicated Maître D’ at your service (reservation required 2 days prior, water, wine, custom invitations card and gift can be included, extra cost).

The hotel can also arrange a picnic on the beach or in the shade of the palms in the gardens, or join an excursion and a take-away lunch can be prepared by our Chef (reservation required the day before and can be personalised with several delicacies from the à la carte menu).

Please note: For dinner at the Exoticus Restaurant, guests in Premium & Deluxe Rooms or Suites, Family & Prestige rooms have a table reserved on the outdoor terrace but, on request, they can dine in the in the air conditioned indoor restaurant reserved for Classic and Superior rooms but can have priority on any free external tables.
 

From the central Italian style square guests can access the Exoticus Restaurant, the boutique, the Breakfast Room, the bar and two spectacular swimming pools surrounded by lawns. Paths lead through the gardens via the multisport area to the stunning beach with lifeguard and long stretch of sand with turquoise sea, equipped with parasols, sunbeds, showers and canoes available for guests use. 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach are reserved for each room for the whole stay:
1st row: Premium Suite & Room, Deluxe Suite, Junior Suite & Spa Room.
2nd row: Deluxe Double, Triple & Quadruple Room.
3rd row: Prestige & Superior Room.
4th and 5th row: Family and Classic Room.
Upgrade to 1st row costs €80 per 1 parasol and 2 two sun loungers.
The rooms that accommodate more than two Guests (infant excluded) have 2 umbrellas and 4 sun loungers included.

Surrounding the 2 swimming pools are teak sun loungers, parasols, beach towels, showers and guests can order cocktails and snacks while relaxing. (Opening time: 9am-1pm / 3pm-7pm; Pool depth: min. 45cm - max. 180cm).

Guests can play tennis, padel or five-a-side soccer on the five courts in the multisport area (equipment hire free of charge, open sunrise to sunset). There are also yoga group lessons and outdoor fitness area (both free of charge).

On some evenings, the Teatro Dolce Vita (cinema under the stars) with Italian art-house films can be enjoyed along with tasty ice creams, freshly baked popcorn and other delicacies served from vintage carts directly to the sofas or gazebos in the square.

There is private outdoor parking and a porter service 7.30am-10.30pm.  The hotel reception welcomes guests with hotel and local information and there is a library,  laundry and ironing service and the Concierge will help with requests and advise on excursions, the best places to visit in the area plus additional activities such as diving, windsurfing, horse riding, trekking, e-biking, dinner with the shepherds and wine tasting in the vineyards.  

Guests can enjoy some moments of well-being and peace in the warm atmosphere of the Wellness Room with therapists who will guide you in choosing the treatment that best suits your needs including holistic massages, yoga, meditation, ayurvedic treatments, body and face rituals and beauty treatments (extra cost). There is also a hair stylist (by appointment, extra cost).

Le Sabbie Boutique with an ethnic and exotic design has clothes and accessories for sale including Sardinian jewellery, perfumes, handmade goods and beach items. It is possible to order specific items such as medicines that will be delivered within 24hrs (extra cost €10).

To access the local town and beaches of Costa Rei there is a public bus service from outside the hotel (16/06 – 13/09).

Please note: The Resort does not have bar on the beach but there is an external bar and WC 100m along the beach (opening times and some services may change according to the season and the weather).

Spiagge San Pietro is situated 200m from the stunning beach of Cala Sinzias, 6km south of the charming holiday resort of Costa Rei with shops, cafe bars, restaurants and pizzerias, gelaterias and stunning 8km white sandy beach.  

Villasimius is approximately 12km to the south, again offering a variety of shops and dining options, along a wonderful scenic coastal road lined with many picturesque coves and beaches to the dramatic south eastern tip of the island, Capo Carbonara. The beautiful beaches in this area include Cala Pira, Monte Turnu, Cove Marina, Cala Sinzias, Villa Rey, St. Just, Cala Sant 'Elmo, Porto Piratzu and Serpentara island.

The landscape in this part of the island features rolling hills covered with aromatic green Mediterranean vegetation and dramatic granite cliffs, which is mainly undeveloped. The local area of Castiadas has archaeological sites and ancient Nuraghi to visit.
