Cala di Falco Villas

Built in traditional Sardinian style and tastefully furnished, there are 13 different styles of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom terraced villas arranged on the ground or first floor to suit your family or party.

The villas vary in design but they all have a furnished terrace, balcony or small garden, en suite shower room to the master bedroom, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob and dishwasher, lounge with TV and DVD player, air conditioning, free WiFi (in the external areas of the villas and in the reception and bar area), safe, hairdryer, bathrobes for adult guests and beach towels. Cots and highchairs are free of charge (request at time of booking).

Some villas are situated on the same level as the hotel gardens, whilst others are located slightly further up the gentle hillside on middle or upper rows with garden or sea views.

Villa Type D Sea View (sleeps 6 + 1 child 0-12yrs + cot) 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite shower room, the other can be twin on request), third bedroom (twin or bunk beds), second shower room, separate WC + wash basin, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a barbecue outside

Self Catering Useful Information >

These terraced villas are situated across the road from the beach and adjacent to the Resort Cala di Falco. Villa guests have the benefit of using the resort facilities which include the reception services, swimming pool, pool sunbeds & parasols, outdoor play area for children, tennis and beach volleyball courts. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the local beach opposite the resort (subject to availability).

Villas guests may reserve a table at the resort buffet-style restaurant and there is a piano bar with live music and entertainment on some evenings (both extra cost, subject to availability). 

The 24 hour resort reception services are also available to guests at the villas offering pre-payment card for drinks and sundries, safe deposit and book excursions including boat trips to the beautiful Maddalena islands. There is a complimentary scheduled shuttle service to the beautiful beach of Mannena (3km) where there are sunbeds and parasols available (extra cost). Boat charter, sport fishing, scuba diving and sailing school are available locally (all extra cost).

Pushchair hire must be requested at the time of booking (€24 + deposit on collection) and babysitting is available (on reservation, extra cost).

There is a coin operated self-service laundry available for guests.

Free medical assistance in Resort Cala di Falco medical office is available at schedule times (medical certificates and visits extra cost).

Please note: All restaurants, bars, facilities and services are operational at the discretion of the management, particularly in low season.

The town has a variety of interesting shops, supermarkets, weekly market, bakery and fishmonger with local produce available for self catering.

Alternatively, for eating out, there is a good selection of restaurants, pizzerias, café bars and gelaterias (ice cream parlours), to experience Sardinian cuisine and to suit most tastes and budgets.

Cannigione is an ideal location for visiting the nearby Costa Smeralda and taking a boat trip to La Maddalena islands with beautiful beaches and clear turquoise sea, ideal for swimming and snorkelling.
