7Pines Resort Sardinia

There are 46 guest rooms, 8 junior suites and 21 suites arranged in 15 hectares of Mediterranean gardens with one area of the resort designated Adult Only (16 years and over). All the rooms have been created using local materials such as the pale coloured Biancone di Orosei stone and Cerasarda blue ceramics. Interior décor pays homage to the island’s cultural heritage, particularly the exquisite patterns of Sardinian weaving. These are recreated in wall panels, light fittings and on furniture made from juniper, native to Sardinia. 

The rooms are designed to make you feel at home from the moment you walk in, filled with thoughtful touches including a House Bar well stocked with premium beverages and everything needed to prepare your favourite drink, as well as tea and coffee making machine. They have all the modern comforts including air conditioning, en suite shower room with bathrobes, slippers and hairdryer, satellite TV and safe. Most of the Suites have shower and bath and some have an external jacuzzi. Some guest rooms and Suites have a rooftop sun terrace.

The varied room and suite categories are arranged in 3 locations within the resort: The Gardens, The Laguna (Adult Only) and The Sea Views.

The Laguna  (Adult Only - aged 16 years and over) offers a collection of large rooms and suites grouped around the exclusive Laguna pool, nestled in Mediterranean gardens offering secluded tranquility yet remaining a short stroll away from the pool with personal sunbeds and the resort facilities.

Rooftop Suite(43m ² , sleeping up to 3) ground and first floor, on the lower floor are the bedroom, living room with sofa bed, large shower room and garden.  Stairs lead to the rooftop furnished terrace with sofas and sun loungers and exceptional view over the trees, beach and sea. 
Suite Carpriccioli(51m ² , sleeping up to 3) this well-appointed ground floor suite features a dining area for four, a large bathroom with bath and shower and a furnished terrace with lounge corner commanding fine sea views and only a short walk from the beach. Reserved Cabana on the beach.
Suite del Principe  (55m ² , sleeping up to 5) two separate ground floor bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, lounge area with sofa bed and terrace offering the perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the sun and the views, from the lounge area with sun loungers and jacuzzi. Reserved Cabana on the beach.
Suite Smeralda  (68m ² , sleeping up to 3) tucked away on the ground floor of the spa and wellness centre, the largest suite combines comfort and convenience due to its central location close to the restaurant, bar and the spa. Featuring a circular bedroom and spacious living area with sofa bed, large bathroom with bath, shower and two separate basins. Outside, there is a private terrace and garden with a lounge area, sun loungers and jacuzzi with sea view and direct beach access. Reserved Cabana on the beach.

Main Restaurant 'Italian Signature Capogiro': Capogiro is the fine dining restaurant of 7Pines Resort Sardinia. It is placed on a panoramic terrace facing the sun setting over the sea of Baja Sardinia. T raditional and contemporary interpretations of classic Sardinian and Italian dishes celebrate the indigenous culinary heritage, with the additional temptation of exotic recipes from all corners of the world. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets are thoughtfully considered and well-catered for.  The sommelier will guide you through the extensive wine cellar, including many fine vintages from Sardinia, Italy and vineyards worldwide. Spazio Pool Bar: Poolside refreshments are served throughout the day in a laid-back atmosphere, situated next to the main pool. Refreshing drinks are served wherever guests prefer, at the table or direct to their sun lounger or even at the poolside. 

Capogiro Rooftop  Ayala : Capogiro Rooftop Ayala offers a very varied proposal of raw fish accompanied by a selection of refined Champagnes. To complete it all, a unique and inimitable view of the sunset of Baja Sardinia.

Pathways weave through 15 hectares of fragrant gardens to the secluded beaches dotted around the headland. Framed by palm trees, the main pool area is a sanctuary for relaxing, fringed with sun loungers and open-sided sun shades and its own international restaurant and bar.

The main 'Spazio' pool area (open 10am-7pm, heated low season) has a collection of adjoining terraced pools: The biggest pool is closest to the poolside restaurant and next to the glass-walled gym and yoga studio, ideal for a workout before winding down in the water; The swim-up Gazebo Pool Bar has submerged seats for a refreshing drink in the pool. Arranged in the gardens surrounding the pool are sun loungers for a post-dip siesta and cabanas and trees for relaxing in the shade.

The exclusive Laguna Pool is set aside for guests staying in the Laguna rooms and suites, (Adult Only - aged 16 years and over) each with its own path leading to the pool. Surrounded by trees and gardens, this is a tranquil and secluded setting for relaxation.

Located in front of the hotel, the main beach boasts white sand and calm waters, with a beach shack for refreshments through the day. Four secluded coves are also dotted around the resort for those seeking a tranquil atmosphere. 

There are numerous walking routes within the resort, including those to the coast and through the indigenous flora of the Nature Park. There are also running trails with varied terrain within the resort, perfect for runners to exercise through the local flora of our nature park and offer wonderful sea views. Work out in the fully equipped complimentary gym located by the main pool, with the option to be motivated by a personal trainer (extra cost). There is also an artifical grass tennis court and Padel court with Tennis Academy (extra cost).

With easy access to Baia Sardinia, 7Pines Resort Sardinia can arrange a variety of activities and watersports (extra cost). 7Pines Yachting services are available for exclusive cruises (extra cost) along the Costa Smeralda coast and the nearby Maddalena Islands. Rent a yacht/motor cruiser for the day with crew, a full dining experience and unforgettable scenery.

A short walk leads to the courtyard of the Pure Seven Spa offering a Relax Tour including Steam Bath, Sauna, emotive and ice showers and complete your session with a healthy drink in our Tisaneria. Spa treatments (extra cost) are bespoke to the individual and use natural, organic elements for an array of treatments from massage to facials, body wraps, scrubs.

Guests will be able to join classes of Yoga, Pilates and meditation during their stay and can enjoy a complimentary healthy drink or herbal tea.

The Kio House of Kids Children's Club (4-14 years old, open all season is eco-friendly and educational with a focus on sustainability and environmental protection. Using a combination of guidance from Early Years Foundation, Montessori and Waldorf, the aim is to stimulate children to create magical memories, expand their mind, and learn through play around 7 areas of learning and development:

7Pines is situated in a quiet headland 1.5km from Baia Sardinia on the north east coast of Sardinia. Baia Sardinia is a lively seaside resort surrounding a white sandy beach with turquoise sea looking out towards Caperara island with a selection of villas, hotels and a lively piazza with shops, café bars and restaurants.

Phi Beach open air day and night club is an amazing venue for sundowners with live music and the Ritual nightclub is also nearby with Chic DJ club set amid castle ruins & hillside caves, with illuminated terraces overlooking the sea.

There are watersports available on the beach and boat trips out to the islands to really appreciate the beauty of this coastline. Aquadream Waterpark for children is located just out of the town and the famous Porto Cervo is 7km away, well worth a visit to see the superyachts and browse the designer boutiques.

The Pevero Golf Club with magnificent 18 hole course is 14km away.
